Biography
|
Mark Heling received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas where he focused his studies on taxation and business law. During law school, Mr. Heling worked for National Association of Insurance Commissioners. There he worked on a variety of topics including taxation issues with insurers. In 2008, Mr. Heling attended Northwestern University School of Law where he earned a LL.M. in Taxation. At Northwestern, his research involved the taxation of partnerships and corporations.
